Refund Policy
Updated 2 November 2026
New provider orders
Refund terms depend on the service purchased and are shown in the provider order form before acceptance. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. This summary does not change the terms accepted for an earlier order.
Shared hosting, including WordPress and included email
The provider publishes a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible initial hosting purchases. Renewals, recurring payments, upgrades and domain registrations/transfers are excluded. Trial periods and payment dates are disclosed separately at checkout; a free trial is not a payment refund.
VPS, semi-dedicated and dedicated servers
Monthly service and setup fees are non-refundable under the provider’s VPS, semi-dedicated and dedicated-server terms. There is no refund for the unused portion of a prepaid month when you cancel, except where applicable law or an express provider exception requires it.
Other services and exclusions
For SSL, review the specific refund terms in the order form before purchasing; do not assume the shared-hosting guarantee applies. Domain registration and transfer fees are non-refundable after activation, including multi-year registrations. Provider terms govern any alternative billing period offered.
How to request a refund
Submit a billing support ticket from your hosting control panel, quoting the order reference, service and reason. Shared-hosting refund requests may also be sent to [email protected]. Contact [email protected] if you need help. Never email your card number or password. Refunds and stopping renewals are separate actions.
