Digital delivery
Hosting and related services are delivered electronically through our hosting partner. Check the email supplied at checkout for order verification, confirmation and account access instructions. No physical goods are shipped.
Activation
Activation depends on payment or trial eligibility, order verification and product availability. Shared and semi-dedicated hosting are activated after the applicable checks. VPS and dedicated servers also require configuration and available capacity. The provider confirms the applicable delivery status; selecting a plan in our cart does not provision a service.
Domains and SSL
Domain registration depends on real-time availability, registry rules and successful processing. SSL issuance requires the relevant domain or identity validation. Do not treat a cart selection or payment attempt as proof of registration or certificate issuance.
