Stop a renewal
Use your hosting control panel to review subscriptions and submit a cancellation request to the provider’s Sales/Billing department before the next charge. VPS cancellations must be requested through Billing Manager; dedicated-server cancellations through the dedicated management account. Keep the provider’s confirmation.
What happens next
Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an already paid period. Confirm the service end date with the provider and back up your files before termination. Domains and certificates have separate expiration and renewal arrangements.
Earlier TradeSpheres accounts
Cancellation controls in the earlier TradeSpheres portal apply only to records there. They do not cancel services purchased through the connected provider checkout. Email [email protected] for help locating the correct account.
