Use TradeSpheres services lawfully and without harming other users, networks or systems.
Prohibited activity
Do not use services for phishing, malware, spam, credential theft, fraud, unlawful content, infringement of intellectual property or attacks against networks. Do not access systems or data without permission or facilitate exploitation or abuse.
Resources and security
Stay within your plan’s resource limits. Do not bypass restrictions, disrupt neighbouring services or run activities that degrade the network. Keep applications patched, protect credentials and maintain independent backups.
Email and domains
Send email only to recipients you are authorised to contact and comply with applicable anti-spam requirements. Do not use misleading registrant information or domains to impersonate another organisation.
Enforcement
We may investigate credible abuse reports and restrict or suspend activity to protect people and infrastructure. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow remediation. Serious threats may require immediate action, subject to applicable law.
Report abuse
Send relevant domain names, timestamps and a description to [email protected]. Do not include passwords, security codes or unrelated personal information.
